2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3) Business Listings & Claims
- Businesses may be added by us or by users. Claiming a listing requires verification. We may request documents to confirm ownership/authorization.
- We may refuse, revoke, or remove claims or listings that are inaccurate, misleading, infringing, illegal, or violate these Terms.
- Claimed profiles may include analytics and promotional features. Features and pricing may change over time.
4) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Messages)
- You are solely responsible for content you submit (e.g., reviews, ratings, photos, messages).
- You represent you have the rights to share such content and it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to operate the Services.
- We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion (e.g., spam, hate speech, illegal content, private info, impersonation).
5) Prohibited Conduct
- No unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.
- No scraping at scale, automated queries that degrade service, or attempting to bypass security or rate limits.
- No posting others’ personal data without consent, or intellectual property you don’t own or control.
6) Accuracy & Availability
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or correctness of listings, hours, pricing, or contact details. Services may be updated, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
7) Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Paid features (e.g., claim/verification tiers, promotions) are billed by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.
- Fees, features, and taxes may change. We’ll apply changes prospectively or at renewal where applicable.
- Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
8) Intellectual Property
- The Services, including logos, design, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.
9) Third-Party Links & Interactions
The Services may link to third-party sites (e.g., business websites, WhatsApp, maps). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with businesses are solely between you and the business.
10) Takedown & Disputes about Content
If you believe content infringes your rights or is unlawful, contact us with details and evidence. We may remove content while we assess.
11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF INR 5,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Local360Connect and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you cease immediately.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
