PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Khammam

Kendriya Vidyalaya Khammam is a well established educational institution located in Poleppalli village ,near Karunagiri in Khammam, which is four kms away from Khammam Railway station. The quiet, serene and natural location makes it an ideal place for learning. This school was established in 2007 in the Civil Sector, the Chairperson being the Collector & District Magistrate . The Vidyalaya provides a platform for healthy all-round development of the future citizens and is located in a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This facilitates effective learning in the lap of nature. The Vidyalaya presently has on roll 1200+ students from Class I to XII and follows the NCERT syllabus. It is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi and prepare students to face the Board Exams. Apart from academics , the all-around development of the pupils is paramount. The Vidyalaya has been functioning in a newly constructed spacious building with all facilities, for the past three years . There are well – ventilated class rooms, equipped laboratories, activity room, computer lab, library, play ground and dedicated staff. The cumulative efforts made help in achieving the development of students.
