You agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory business listings or reviews.
- Attempt to bypass security protocols or automated scraping protection.
- Use the directory platform for unlawful commercial activities.
3 Business Listings & Claims
Store owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, hours, and offers. Local360Connect reserves the right to modify or remove any listing that violates community standards or local regulations.
4 Limitation of Liability
Local360Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor transactions.
