By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Local360Connect website, progressive web application, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.
2 Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines
Local360Connect is designed to empower local commerce and genuine community engagement. When using the platform, you agree NOT to:
- Publish fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading business listings, reviews, or promotional offers.
- Engage in automated web crawling, scraping, or data extraction without express written consent.
- Attempt to compromise system security, probe server vulnerabilities, or impersonate other merchants or users.
- Use platform contact channels to send unsolicited spam, harassment, or unlawful marketing.
3 Business Listings, Verification & Ownership
Business owners and authorized representatives are solely responsible for keeping store details, hours, contact information, pricing, and promotional offers current and truthful.
Local360Connect reserves the editorial right to review, edit, or reject listings that fail verification checks or violate community standards.
4 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Local360Connect provides directory services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute data accuracy, we do not warrant the timeliness or quality of goods/services provided by independent third-party merchants listed on the platform.
